Tl;dr, Win10 is invalid because new hardware, I go to settings - Activation - Troubleshoot - 'I changed hardware on this device recently': Then I get a 'Unable to activate Windows' pop-up saying 'We can't reactivate Windows as our servers aren't available right now.' Windows will attempt to activate your Windows 10 OS. If you upgraded to Windows 10 with Windows 7 or Windows 8.1 during the free upgrade offer, you can use the product key from these OS editions. If you specified the correct key, but activation still does not occur, wait a few hours, there may be temporary problems on the activation servers.

Symptoms
When you set up your network to block Internet Explorer 6, users discover that they cannot activate Microsoft 365 Apps for enterprise. When users try to activate Microsoft 365 Apps for enterprise, they receive the following error message:
We are unable to connect right now. Please check your network and try again later.
Cause
This issue occurs because the client computer cannot connect to *.microsoftonline-p.net.
Workaround
To work around this issue, add an explicit 'allow' rule that contains 'MSOIDCRL'in your firewall or proxy for agents.
For example, set up the rules to first allow MSOIDCRL and to then deny Internet Explorer 6.
